About Me
Chris leads Tsokos Property as Director, bringing over 30 years of experience and a lifelong connection to both the business and the Subiaco community. Since joining in 1992 and stepping into the Director role in 2000, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s direction and culture, continuing the family business established by his father in 1961.
With experience across property management, sales and leadership, Chris has developed a well-rounded understanding of the industry. He is involved across all areas of the business, from client relationships and appraisals through to supporting the team and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Chris is known for his approachable, open-door leadership style and genuine investment in his team. He values strong culture and long-term relationships, both internally and with clients.
Outside of work, Chris loves spending time at the beach, hitting the gym, and enjoying family moments. A recent highlight was a six-week trip to Greece with his daughters and brother, Anthony. He also proudly completed the Athens Marathon.
