I had a very disappointing experience with this property company. After submitting an application for rent, we made a small error which we quickly rectified. However, after we corrected it, the agent, Piper, asked a series of follow-up questions but then failed to follow up with us regarding the status of our application. We were left in the dark and had to call for five days via both email and phone to get any response. Eventually, we managed to get through to piper after calling the office as she ignored calls, text messages, emails and a voicemail which was incredibly frustrating. This was terribly frustrating for my pregnant partner at the time. To make matters worse, she then claimed our application was incomplete, despite previously telling us everything was fine.Terrible communication and lack of professionalism. If I had a hen house to rent, I wouldn’t let them look after it.As an investor with numerous investment properties I would not recommend this company based on my experience, especially dealing with Piper.

As buyers we had an extremely negative experience dealing with Tsokos. Here is a list of our issues:- Lied about the existence of other offers from day 1 (there were no other offers).- Constantly told us there were "cash buyers" viewing the property and told us we would need to increase our offer.- Once our offer was accepted, constantly pressured us to contact our bank and push them to approve our finance (literally daily phone calls).- Refused to list the property as "under offer" even once our offer was accepted and unconditionally approved.- Told us we were only allowed 5 minutes to view the property during the final inspection.- Didn't bother to attend the property during settlement when other contractors attended (building inspector, bank valuer etc..).- Lost the keys to the property during the settlement period.- Lied about losing the keys and fabricated a story about them being handed in to police. Finally re-keyed the locks after we repeatedly challenged them about the lies.I know real estate agents are generally dodgy and these kinds of things are fairly common, but the lies and attempted manipulation was just excessive. The whole process was extremely stressful for my wife and I who were buying our first home.I would avoid Tsokos unless you are prepared to deal with these kinds of tactics.

We have plumbing issues that needs to be dealt with but after 2 days it still hasn’t resolved and Cherry the real estate manager passed it on strata and failed to follow up and didn’t resolve the issue until this review is posted. Called up the office on the 3rd day and thankfully Piper was really helpful and got the issue resolved when it could be done the first day I contacted them.

make sure you check their special conditions before signing a lease.we requested nicely to change some conditions but got a rude reply. we are sure they didn't even check with the owner about our rent offer.that was enough to walk away from an othrewise nice property. Terrible experience renting an apartment managed by Tsokos property. The place was infested with cockroaches when I moved in. It took them 2 weeks to organise pest control and during that time the place was unliveable. The property manager was dismissive, rude and did not care at all that I had cockroaches crawling over me whilst sleeping and that I had to find other living arrangements whilst trying to sort the whole thing out. The worst experience and dealings with a real estate agent that I've ever had.

I was renting a unit managed by Tsokos last year, and my property manager Cherry Cable was extremely pleasant and reasonable to work with. All maintenance requests were handled promptly and they never posed any unreasonable demands. Even the move out inspection was dealt with professionally, without any delay or any unfair charges. Overall excellent experience as a renter. Highly recommend Cherry!

Unfortunately I have had to deal with the people at Tsokos Property in a commercial lease arrangement via my business. It has been a thoroughly frustrating and awful experience. I recently declined to renew a lease simply to avoid dealing with the agent any longer. I would not only ever use Tsokos personally to act for me but I would never rent or lease any property that is being managed by them.

Experience from hell! We bought a property sold by Tsokos Property. When we bought the house there was a tenancy agreement expiring after two months also managed by Tsokos and therefore we decided to keep them as agent until the existent lease expired. This was a huge mistake: both during the buying process and during the two months of property management we found Tsokos totally non responsive, with minimum feedback at any of our queries. It was impossible for us to inspect the house even after the settlement for the full two months (our property was managed by Cherry). When we finally got possession of our keys we found decorative , large objects (which were there during our final house inspections) missing from the house . "Our" agent did not even bother to tell us of the whereabouts of these beforehand; combined with her "inability" to organise an inspection for two months for us before taking possession of our keys , we consider this Tsokos' employee behaviour highly suspicious. We raised these issues repeatedly with the management with no results. We would not recommend this agency neither for selling or property management.
