I engaged Chris Tsokos of Tsokos Property to sell my modest little apartment at 66/8 Kathleen Avenue, Maylands. I interviewed a couple of agents. Chris immediately stood out from the pack as he enthusiastically identified with the advantages of the property that I had always related to, whereas some other agents appeared focused on the limitations and how difficult it would be to clear. He was prepared to go to market with a higher asking price. The package Chris offered was very targeted and economical with no out of pockets including a professional photographer, and his fees were very modest. I was offered the asking price after the first home open and there were no issues with settlement. All up I think I was about $10,000 ahead by contracting him to sell my property compared to going with another agency. Chris is an ethical and committed professional who made himself available at all times during the sale process.
