Cath is a true local.
She was born in Subiaco and her grandfather, Clem Bahen, grew up on Subiaco Road. He played for Subiaco Football Club in the 1920s and was posthumously made a club centennian. Cath, who lives locally with her family, prides herself on her intimate knowledge of Subiaco and the surrounding Western Suburbs.
Her life experiences are far from local though, growing up in the P&O Hotel in Fremantle with her father, Gerry Bahen, another well known footballer who played for South Fremantle and North Melbourne. After graduating as a teacher, she lived in the States, the Middle East and the UK where she fell in love with English houses and country estates – a precursor to her passion for residential real estate.
Cath has been selling real estate since 1992 and has sold in all suburbs between Perth and Fremantle. Specialising in Subiaco and character homes, she has consistently achieves strong sales results, evidenced by repeat business from her many satisfied clients.

She says she prefers the medical fraternity to continue to save lives while she takes care of their real estate needs!
